Effect:
The difference in reload between gun rammer/vents is very little, as gun rammer is -5% reload time, vents is -4% reload time.
When fully equipped the newly buffed Erich Konzept 1 will reload faster with vents (by about 0.1-0.2s), than it does now with gun rammer.
