Blitzanalysiz gives the best overview of player stats overall and in certain tanks. It shows specific stats for how players are doing based on certain stats, such as average damage, spotting, winrate, etc. Players are also filtered by winrate, so you can see what type of player does well in what tank.
The site updates quite slowly, currently (update 9.9) the site is lagging behind by 1 update (update 9.8).
The site is relatively new, with stats recorded from update 8.0 onwards.

Relative winrate
The most useful stat on Blitzanalysiz are by far the relative winrate averages. This is something no other site calculates.
Relative winrate can be a more accurate determinant of how good (or bad) a tank actually is, compared to its average winrate, or its in-game stats.
Relative winrate is essentially comparing the player’s recent winrate against their winrate in a certain tank.
(This can help determine what tanks amplify skill, versus what tanks dampen skill. Such as tanks that may limit good players, but help newer players.)
Winrate-specific stats
Most graphs on Blitz Analysiz can be filtered by a winrate bracket. Its very useful for seeing how certain players perform in a certain area or a certain tank.
Tank stats
Blitzanalysiz has tanks sorted by stats for every tier and class in game. Stats include:
-Spot rate
-Average damage
-Accuracy/hit rate
-Battle count
-Player count
Career stats
These are the stats of players for their “career”, which is the entire duration that a player has played the game.
You can view many stats relating to the overall playerbase, such as the % of players with over 100,000 battles.
Player stats during update
These are stats for a particular update, for example, player activity during the update 9.7.
This measures similar stats to the above mentioned ones, but also the battles played, average tier, tank type played, etc.
