Reticle Calibration is a Special Consumable, not every tank is able to use it in their loadout.
What does it do?
-40% to aim time
-40% to dispersion at 100m
Effect duration:
20s (26s with Equipment)
Cooldown time:
1m 15s (1m 05s with Equipment)
When to use the consumable?
-If you need to take a clutch shot at an enemy, or don’t have enough time to aim fully (before getting shot or dying).
-If your tank is a sniping TD, use it similarly to Adrenaline. When there are many targets to shoot, or you think you can shoot for the entire duration of the consumable, since this will give you much better shot effectiveness.
-Stacking it with Adrenaline also lets you get more shots in while having higher accuracy.
Consumable loadout:
Tanks that should use this consumable are generally quite inaccurate tanks with either long aim time or poor dispersion.
Autoloaders would also benefit from using this, as it would make them much more accurate while shooting their entire clip.
If your tank is fairly accurate, or it has another more useful Special Consumable (like on the Kranvagn), don’t use Reticle Calibration. If your tank is extremely accurate (like the Leopard 1), there’s almost no point using this consumable, as your tank hits most of its most shots anyway (that said, in the case of the Leopard 1, this is the only special consumable it has, and it should use it even though the tank doesn’t need help with its accuracy).
