These provisions improve the tank’s gun and Crew’s mastery of the tank, making every Crew-affected parameter better
Food

Food is a standard provision, every tank that can use provisions will have Food as an option.
There are 2 Food provisions:
3% Food
10% Food
(Every nation in game has different “Food” as provisions, all of them give the same bonus, they just look different and have different names)
What benefits does it give?
+3% to Crew mastery of the tank
or
+10% to Crew mastery of the tank
What does this mean?
Basically every single statistic that is controlled or affected by Crew is improved.
This includes:
Reload Time (and thus DPM)
Dispersion
Aim Time
Turret Turn Rate
Hull Traverse Speed
Terrain Resistance
View Range
(Food is basically the logic: Give the tank crew some food and they will perform better in their roles.)
What tanks to use Food on?
Every single tank should use at least the 10% Food provision. Currently there is no tank in game that has enough other super useful provisions that warrants dropping the 10% Food provision.
Food is the most useful provision to have on your tank since it improves so much about it.
When to double stack 10% & 3% Food together?
If your tank doesn’t have any Special Provisions, and you feel that extra 3% Fuel is not needed.
Most players do double stack the 10% and 3% food, just for the benefit it gives, and for the fact that most players find the 3% Food to be a more useful provision than Protective Kit or 3% Fuel.
Improved Gunpowder

Improved Gunpowder is a special provision, not every tank has this as an option.
There is 1 Improved Gunpowder Provision:
What benefits does it give?
+35% to base Shell Velocity
Why is this useful?
It can help with long range shots, allowing you to snap shots in from a distance without needing to give much lead, which can be very useful.
What tanks to use Improved Gunpowder on?
Every tank that has only Improved Gunpowder as a special provision. If there are other special provisions on the tank, they are generally more useful than Improved Gunpowder.
Improved gunpowder would be most beneficial to tanks with very low shell velocity, currently none of the tanks that can use this provision have low shell velocity.
When to double stack Improved Gunpowder and Supercharger Equipment together?
Double stacking these two gives a total of +65% to shell velocity (35% from Improved Gunpowder, and 30% from Supercharger).
It isn’t a practical thing to do, since Blitz maps aren’t very large and such high sell velocity is quite overkill. Though using one of the two still has its benefits.
