June event roadmap

Many events are happening in June for the 9th birthday of WoT Blitz. These are all outlined below with their dates and what’s happening.

Free tank

Starting from June 7, you can claim a free tank through subscription!

This is the G1 R, a standard but good heavy tank in tier 5. If you don’t play tier 5, this can be sold for 250 gold.

You must log in every day for 10 days (and claim the reward daily) from the time you first claim the subscription.

The last day you can begin this subscription is June 17.

Mode Marathon

Gamemode marathon begins on June 7 and will run for a full 3 weeks:

Realistic battles from June 7 until June 13
Uprising battles from June 14 until June 20
Big boss mode from June 21 until June 27

There’s also a special challenge for this mode marathon, you get 100 kitcoins (for Season 1 tanks) just for registering.
If you come in the top places, you can get rewards such as:
Kitcoins, Premium account, Expo container (guaranteed tank), an exclusive avatar, and an animated camo.

Lukas Podolski order

Starting June 8, a special order will appear in the garage.

To activate the order, you must first play a battle.
The requirement is to win 40 battles within 10 days.

For completing this order, you will receive special themed items like:
-Profile background
-Animated garage decoration (shown above)
-Avatar
-Collectible item (exchangeable for 50k credits)
– Óle, Óle, Óle camouflage (shown below)

Also regular rewards, including gold boosters.

As part of the promotion with Lukas Podolski, WG is selling a special dedicated camo bundle for this event.

This bundle includes 2 rare camouflages and 2 epic animated camouflages

There seem to be a bug with this bundle:

WG has included a very rare animated camo in this bundle on accident. The “Demon’s Rage” camo (shown below) was originally exclusive to RU players who did an account transfer to a different server, which made it very rare on all servers.

The camo that’s actually meant to be included is the non-animated “Demon’s soul” camo.

Is it worth it?
Depends on how much you like camos. 1,363 is a good price considering you can put it on any tank (and 4 rare camos on a tier 10 tank usually costs 2,500 gold)

“Lost and Found” store

This mini event starts on June 8, and is basically a chance to get some nice bonuses when making purchases using real currency in the store.

Rewards include the brand new Churchill Mk. VIII, the Y5 T34, Y5 Firefly, Y5 ELC Bis, The P43/06 Anniversario, Kunze Panzer, credits, a profile background, and a special crate with a guaranteed tank.

Note that this mini event isn’t for everyone to complete. Its for the players who make purchases into the game and who like to collect (all) tanks.

Recommendations:
Churchill Mk. VIII – Very unique tier 6 premium heavy tank. Its a good tank and is also the cheapest one. Definitely worth getting if you like unique vehicles.
P43/06 Ann. – A very good tier 6 collector medium tank. Very powerful and one of the best mediums, also can be sold for 1250 gold.

Avoid the Y5 ELC Bis and Kunze Panzer. Tier-for-tier these are the weakest tanks you can get in this event, they are also the most expensive.

Main event

Starting on June 16, you can start making progress in the main event.

This event will only last for 10 days, and you’ll need to win many battles if you want to get the main rewards, the T42 or an Expo Container (guaranteed good tank).

Requirements:
To get the T42, you’ll need 14 victories per day (140 total).
To get the Expo Container, you’ll need 24 victories per day (240 total)
To get both rewards, you’ll need around 29 victories per day (285 total)

Rewards:
400,000 credits
1,090 Kitcoins
1 animated camo and 1 animated attachment
35 gold boosters (and various xp boosters)
15 x5 xp certificate
Expo container
T42 Tier 7 medium tank

Expo Container:
Much like the Blitz Fair event, you can buy gift boxes for either 1,500 gold or 50,000 free XP. The ones for gold have a 10% chance to drop an Expo container.
The ones for free XP have a 2% chance to drop an Expo container.
