Drag slider <- left to view 195mm APCR
When flat and facing head-on:
Upper plate 85mm
Upper plate edges 140mm auto-ricochet
Lower plate 55mm
Turret 85mm (Strongest point 180mm on mantlet)

vs 145mm AP (top image), 195mm APCR (bottom image)
Using -7 gun depression:
Upper plate 110mm
Upper plate edges 165mm auto-ricochet
Turret 90mm
Armour vs tier all tier 6-8 tanks:
Against all tanks between tiers 6 through 8, the Endurance has the same armour performance.
The lower plate and middle areas of the hull are very weak, penetrable to all standard ammo of any enemy.
The upper areas of the upper plate are auto-ricochet areas, and will bounce all AP & APCR ammo (which the majority of tier 6-8 tanks have as standard & premium ammo). This upper plate is overmatchable to all guns larger than 144mm (so tanks like SU-152 can penetrate AP), similarly, enemies with over 140mm of HEAT penetration will be able to penetrate these areas.
The turret is very weak to all ammo, but the small gun mantlet can sometimes block shots due to its good thickness.
Gun
The Endurance mounts a 57mm gun.
-Alpha damage is 110 on AP, 90 on APCR, and 140 on HE
-It has 5 shells in the magazine, with a 1.2s intra-clip reload, so in 4.8s it can burst out 550 damage.
-It has a 10.8s reload, giving it 2119 DPM
-Penetration on AP is 152mm, premium APCR is 210mm, and HE is 38mm.
–Estimated aim time is 2.9/3.1s
–Base aim time is 1.72s, but it can get down to 1.28s.
-Dispersion is 0.317/0.269
–Gun handling is 0.13/0.13/0.07, or 0.11/0.11/0.06 with Vertical Stabilizer.
-Gun depression is -7 degrees.
-After-shot-bloom is 4.000
Overall this is a good gun, its aims fast, is accurate, has good gun handling, a fast reload, and a fast & high damage burst. Alpha damage is low, standard penetration is fairly low, but premium penetration is good for a light tank. Gun depression feels sufficient in battle as the Endurance has such a small turret.
The main issue of this gun is after-shot-bloom, since the gun shoots 5 shells very quickly, the gun bloom often causes misses if you don’t stop to aim in.
Mobility
-Top speed is 63km/h forwards, and -30km/h in reverse.
-Traverse speed is 87.6 deg/s on hard terrain, and 67.4 deg/s on medium terrain.
-In game acceleration rate is shown as 28 hp/t, it has a good 741 horsepower engine for its 27 ton weight.
-Actual acceleration rate is 28 hp/t on hard terrain, and 21.5 hp/t on medium terrain.
–Terrain resistances are 1/1.3/1.5
Overall this is good mobility, mainly due to the extremely high traverse speed (best in game), and amazing reverse speed. This reverse speed allows you to be extremely flexible with positioning and retreating. The terrain resistances are quite poor for an LT (especially 1.3 on medium), and cause its acceleration to be mediocre.
Equipment, provisions, & consumables
The Endurance has no special consumables or equipment.
Improved Ventilation/Calibrated Shells:
Either equipment piece can work well.
Calibrated shells makes unloading the magazine more effective, you’ll be able to penetrate more with standard ammo, and be able to deal with stronger tier 8 enemies.
Ventilation improves aim time, accuracy, DPM, reload time, and traverse speed all slightly, however the most important improvement is to the view range, going from 298.9m to 308.6m, one of the best in tier 7.
Improved Assembly:
Since the Endurance is a light tank, its gameplay doesn’t put much emphasis on armour use, so improving it isn’t really needed. The Endurance’s hull armour also relies on auto-ricochet angles, not actual thickness, so enhanced armour won’t add any benefit. Enhanced armour won’t even help against overmatch, as all 150mm guns can still fully overmatch the hull armour.
Since the tank just doesn’t gain any benefit from using enhanced armour, use improved assembly instead. This would improve the base HP of 1050 up to 1092.
Vertical Stabilizer/Refined Gun:
Again, both of these can work.
Vertical stabilizer will help to reduce the large bloom you get after firing the gun (especially good with the quick 1.2s intra-clip reload), but refined gun will reduce the maximum size of the aiming circle, also good for unloading shots quickly or making snap shots.
Gameplay advice
The Endurance has fairly similar gameplay to other autoloader light tanks, using its mobility and camo rating to get to positions, burst damage, then hide and reload.
General gameplay:
Take this tank to the MT flank, since your low HP, penetration , and damage don’t allow you to do well against HT.
Use the good mobility to get into an early position and spot crossing enemies, use bushes to stay hidden while you utilize the amazing 308.6m of view range. Try to avoid 1-on-1 fights with enemy tanks, you have good DPM for an autoloader, but compared to most tier 7 tanks, 2.1k is still quite low, and you have HP of a light tank.
If trading with enemies, often its effective to just burst 2-3 shells against faster reloading enemies (such as a Comet), or a full magazine against slower reloading enemies (such as an IS-2). Tanks like the Comet will only do 160 damage to you, and you can do 220-330 to them (But then have to reload after the 2nd burst); and tanks like the IS-2 will do 400 to you, and you can burst 550 damage into them. Its still best to avoid brawling in close range as Endurance is a light tank.
Dealing damage:
The endurance is similar to the Gravedigger or AMX 13 57, in order to actually be able to deal good damage, it has to shoot many shots due to its low alpha damage.
Due to this, you have to try and flexible with your reload, its only 10s long, so don’t wait for too long before you reload. Especially with light tank speed, the Endurance is very capable of putting itself in situations to be able to unload the full magazine (so make sure not to hold shells for too long).
If you must trade damage with an enemy, try to unload as many shots as possible into the enemy for every one time they shoot you. With a fairly quick 10s reload, often you’ll be able to out-trade enemies with your magazine, then reverse away from them fast enough with that 30km reverse speed.
Don’t rely on armour:
For a light tank, Endurance has pretty good armour, but you still shouldn’t rely on it. Its armour is based in auto-ricochet angles, and only on some areas. Badly aimed shots will bounce, but the armour isn’t reliable.
Use mobility to flank:
Don’t just stay in one area of the map during the battle. If there are opportunities to flank and support your allies from a different angle, you should take that opportunity. As a light tank it will be easiest for you to flank compared to other tank types, and you can use the great view range to scout enemies for your allies.
Due to a quick reload and good burst damage, flanking works really well to farm up damage. Often you may need premium ammo when facing tanks frontally due to low standard penetration, but flanking allows you to easily shoot enemy tanks on the sides and rear, so you’ll be able to deal the full 550 alpha damage easier.
Overall the Endurance just has a fairly standard autoloader light tank role, flanking, spotting, and using its great mobility to relocate around the map. The gun works best in closer ranges due to its after-shot-bloom, and it can easily deal damage in flaking manuevers.
Tank gameplay:
Overall
Armour – 5/10
Gun – 6/10
Mobility – 6/10
Speed – 5.5/10
Endurance is overall a good tank.
Armour is good, for a light tank. Frontally hard to HE penetrate, spaced armour on hull sides. Auto-ricochet areas on the hull. Good HE protection, average HESH protection.
Gun has good accuracy, aim time, handling, & premium penetration. Reload & intra-clip are fast, DPM is decent, & burst damage is good. Alpha damage is low & after-shot bloom is poor.
Mobility is good, with a decent acceleration rate, extremely good traverse, & extremely good -30km reverse speed. Terrain resistances are poor for a light tank.
Speed is good. with 63km/h.
Is it worth getting?
Endurance is worth getting. Its a very unique light tank in terms of what it offers. The only tank that is similar is the AMX 13 57, but with different damage stats, significantly better armour, and amazing reverse speed, it offers enough that’s different to make it unique and enjoyable. Its worth getting if you like maneuverable autoloader tanks, capable of good damage dealing.
The Endurance is worth 5,000 gold. Its a good tank with quite unique gameplay. Its different enough from similar tanks to be worth playing and getting.
