Object 752

Page last updated on 17 July, 2026.

Obj.752 is a Soviet tier 9 collector heavy tank. Its currently one of the strongest tanks in tier 9 due to its many good statistics: strong armour, powerful autoloader gun, decent mobility, and good gun depression.

Armour

(The Obj.752 in the images is using Enhanced Armour)

Armour when facing head-on:
Upper plate 260mm-470mm
Mid/lower plate 150-190mm
Lower-lower plate 295mm

Turret front 310-350mm
Cupolas 210-230mm

vs 246mm AP / 320mm HEAT
Using -8 gun depression:

Upper plate 305-670mm
Turret 315-360mm
Cupolas 210-230mm

Gun

Obj.752 mounts a 122mm autoloader.

Firepower:
-Ammo: AP/HEAT/HE
-Penetration: 245/340/68mm.
-Alpha damage: 430/370/530
-Reload time: 16.9s
-Shells: 2
-Intra-clip: 4.00s
-DPM: 2465

Handling:
โ€“Estimated aim timeย is 4.4/4.8s
โ€“Base aim timeย is 3.6s
-Dispersion is 0.362/0.320
โ€“Gun handlingย is 0.1/0.1/0.17

Usability:
-Shell velocities are 862/988/862 m/s.
-Gun depression is -8 degrees around the entire tank, except the rear where its -3.5 degrees.

Overall a great gun in all aspects except the slow aim time and mediocre dispersion. Otherwise it has good DPM, high alpha damage, and great gun handling & gun depression. Overall a really reliable feeling gun.

Mobility

Raw stats:
-Forward speed is 38km/h.
-Reverse speed is -12km/h.
-Raw acceleration rate is 14.8 hp/t.
-Engine power is 626 hp for its 42.3 ton weight.
โ€“Terrain resistancesย are 1.1/1.2/1.6

Hard terrain mobility:
-Actual acceleration is 13.5 hp/t.
-Traverse speed is 32.6 deg/s.

Medium terrain mobility:
-Actual acceleration is 12.3 hp/t.
-Traverse speed is 29.9 deg/s.

The Obj.752 has decent mobility, its not fast, but its also not slow. The ground resistances are so good that the tank barely slows down when going off-road, and it has decent enough engine power and traverse speed for its armour.

Equipment, provisions, & consumables

Obj.752 has no special consumables or provisions

Calibrated Shells:
Calibrated shells is the most effective choice for the Obj.752, however using vents isn’t a bad choice either.
Calibrated shells works well as the standard penetration of the Obj.752 isn’t just average, so improving it really helps the tank to use less premium ammo.

Enhanced Armour:
Due to having both great nominal thickness on its turret, and great angled thickness on its hull, enhanced armour makes a big difference on the Obj.752.
-Turret armour increases by 11.6mm
-Cupola armour increases by 8.4mm
-Upper plate armour increases by 7.6mm.

Engine Accelerator:
While the Obj.752’s mobility is good due to ground resistances, its base engine power isn’t the most impressive. Traverse speed is already decent, so its better to use engine accelerator. Engine accelerator gives the Obj.752 an additional 37.8 horsepower and 0.9 in its power-to-weight ratio (increasing its hp/t from 14 to 14.9)

Vertical Stabilizer:
Despite having very good dispersion when moving, the dispersion when turning the turret is very bad, and it makes the gun bloom out a lot in battles.

Obj.752 is very much a frontline brawling heavy tank, so generally the improved accuracy of refined gun won’t be hugely beneficial to the tank, as you don’t often have the time to aim in on targets.

Gameplay advice

Obj.752 is a fairly easy tank to play due to its gun depression, solid armour, and decent gun. Its very similar to what an ST-I would be if it had an autoloading gun. Most players should feel quite comfortable with the tank, but if you don’t know when to reload your magazine, it may be a bit more challenging to play.

General gameplay:
The general gameplay of this tank is quite standard for a heavy tank, as it is essentially just a faster, autoloading ST-1. It plays the standard heavy tank role in battle, going to the HT side of the map, using hulldown positions, brawling with enemy heavies, etc.

The Obj.752 does have good enough mobility to support mediums or get around enemies in battle if its needed.

Use hulldown and gun depression positions:
Hiding the lower plate of this tanks should always be the priority, as everything can penetrate it. Use hulldown positions and utilize the -8 gun depression of this tank.
Using gun depression positions make this tank excel. The Obj.752’s turret is strong, but if you just keep it exposed then there are many tier 10 tanks which can cut through the turret. Poke out, shoot, pull back, poke out, shoot, pull back, then reload the clip.

Raise the gun:
As shown below, raising the gun easily hides the cupolas of the tank, while not exposing any other weakpoints.

vs 240mm AP
This is especially worth doing when using gun depression, as the cupolas are the only turret weakpoints.

When to sidescrape:
Sidescrape only when there is no better option. Due to the side armour not being a true and proper v-shape, if enemies get lucky or know where to aim then they may just penetrate the sidescrape weakspots. Sidescraping is still better than driving out head first and exposing your lower plate to the enemy, but hulldown is still the best way to use the armour.

Don’t chase damage:
When firing the gun, don’t focus only on trying to maximise your DPM by unloading both shells. Sometimes its best to just reload your magazine and wait, rather than trying to needlessly chase down that 2nd shot of damage. If you can safely and quickly shoot the 2nd shot, then take it; but don’t over-invest into the shot only to get shut down by half the enemy team.

Overall

Armour โ€“ 8/10
Gun โ€“ 7/10
Mobility โ€“ 5/10
Speed โ€“ 5/10

Obj.752 is overall a strong tank.

Armour is strong on the turret, very weak on hull. Sides are easy to HE. Armour isnโ€™t easy to use.
Gun has amazing aim time, high alpha, and decent accuracy; but low DPM, slow reload, & very low penetration. Gun depression is poor.
Mobility is great, with a strong engine, good acceleration rate, and good traverse speed. Reverse speed is average.
Speed is good at 50km/h.

Is it worth getting?

Obj.752 is definitely worth getting for being a reliable and strong tank.
Players who like accurate guns or very fast tanks should probably avoid this tank, as the gun isn’t extremely accurate, nor is the tank fast. However, players who enjoy reliable armour profiles, decent speeds, and a high-penetration, high-alpha autoloader should really enjoy the Obj.752.

The Obj.752 is worth 15,000 gold, purely for how good and strong of a tank it is.
With only a few stat adjustments you could pass it off as a tier 10, that’s how good it is.

Price Guide:

Prices you can expect the tank to be sold for, based on previous sales in store.
12,500 gold โ€“ Camo + equipment + tank.
10,000 gold โ€“ Tank only
